In addition, I carried out functional web and API testing with SoapUI, collaborated with development and QA teams, managed incidents in Jira, and supported process improvement through basic BPMN analysis.

I worked on requirements gathering for high-volume banking products and services.

I provided functional support and managed incidents in real time, with direct operational impact. I also collaborated with stakeholders to resolve banking and branch operations issues.

In addition, I registered and tracked users through Salesforce CRM, supporting the continuity and traceability of the project.

I handled administrative and accounting tasks such as payments, suppliers, and stock control.

I recorded and analyzed information in Excel, supported clients, coordinated deliveries through WhatsApp and online channels, and followed up on projects and documentation.

I also analyzed financial data and recorded accounting entries, contributing to the organization and accuracy of operational records.
