Business Computing Student / Junior IT & Business Analyst

I am a driven and adaptable Business Computing student with a strong interest in the intersection of technology, business operations, and customer-facing digital work. I have built a foundation in IT, marketing, networking, and practical business support through both academic study and hands-on experience.

I have experience supporting digital customer outreach campaigns, working with basic SQL for reporting, and helping SME clients adopt cloud-based inventory tools. I enjoy using technology to improve efficiency, communication, and business outcomes.

In my previous roles, I also gathered system requirements, prepared SOP documentation, and supported non-technical users with system operations. I am comfortable working across technical and operational tasks and I learn quickly in dynamic environments.

My background includes computer proficiency, system tasks, logistics support, errand execution, and public communication. I bring a resourceful, problem-solving mindset and I am able to adapt to different responsibilities as needed.
