I lead a team of QA professionals through mentorship, feedback, and career development.

I oversee planning and execution of QA activities across learning modules to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. I also design onboarding programs for new QA team members and help them build the tools and domain knowledge needed to succeed.

I bridge communication between QA, content creators, and developers, and I drive process optimization by implementing best practices and tools that improve efficiency and reduce defects.

I created comprehensive style guides in PDF and video formats to maintain design and development standards according to client specifications.

I developed multiple project prototypes aligned with style guide standards and tailored to individual client requirements. I also participated in project kick-off meetings and weekly review sessions to monitor progress and ensure alignment with project goals.

I coordinated daily activities across internal departments and successfully managed and executed over seven projects independently, while also leading additional projects with team members.

I reviewed M-tutorial videos to ensure alignment with project standards and accuracy of content.

I collaborated with Subject Matter Experts to verify that storyboard content met university guidelines and academic standards, and I worked closely with audio engineers and artists to assess high-quality audio output.

I also contributed to the development and review of university-level question banks and MCQs across online and student platforms, while coordinating task allocation and project delivery with management and team members.
