I am a criminology student at North Carolina State University with hands-on experience in administrative support, customer service, and program coordination. I have supported daily operations in government, recreation, and senior living environments, where I learned how to stay organized, communicate clearly, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
In my internship with the North Carolina Department of Justice, I assisted with documentation, coordinated program activities, and supported outreach events. That experience strengthened my understanding of professional communication, cross-functional teamwork, and the importance of accurate records management.
I also worked in a member service role at a recreation center, where I helped create a welcoming and safe environment for visitors. I handled questions, supported facility operations, and resolved concerns professionally while maintaining a strong focus on service and safety.
My earlier experience in dining services taught me how to work efficiently in fast-paced settings, support individual needs, and collaborate with a team to deliver consistent service. Working with senior residents also helped me build patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
I have developed strong administrative and technical skills through my academic and work experience, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Canvas. I am comfortable with documentation, scheduling support, event coordination, and day-to-day operational tasks.
I am open to opportunities where I can contribute my organizational skills, customer service background, and administrative support experience in a professional environment. I am especially interested in roles that value reliability, teamwork, and clear communication.
