I developed enterprise payroll and workforce management solutions using Java, Spring Boot, React, and REST APIs.

I contributed to critical systems that required reliability, maintainability, and collaboration across distributed teams. I also supported production incidents and delivered features, bug fixes, and platform improvements aligned with business and client requirements.

In addition, I led accessibility-focused initiatives and served as Scrum Master and President of the Agility Committee, facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting engineering collaboration.

I collaborated with senior developers on enterprise software solutions and participated in requirements discussions and improvement initiatives.

I developed internal systems using C# and MVC architecture to support organizational operations.

I also contributed to process improvements and technical problem-solving activities in Agile environments.

I am currently researching Software Process Improvement in the industry context, aligning metrics with Return on Investment. I am also a member of the Laboratory of Intelligent Software Engineering (LabISE).

I was a scholarship recipient in the Laboratory of Empirical Studies in Software Engineering (LESSE) and published a computer program. I also participated in the Study Group of Human-Computer Interaction, published papers, and was among the 3rd best papers. I taught courses such as Algorithms, Software Process and Quality, and Software Project Analysis, and helped organize institutional events.

I was a scholarship recipient and taught courses such as Algorithms in C, Java Desktop, and Web. I also created a system for my course's academic event using JSP with different functionalities for participants and organizers.
