I am an M.Sc. Microbiology postgraduate with hands-on experience in microbial isolation, molecular techniques, and laboratory analysis.
I have practical knowledge of microbiological techniques, specimen processing, culture methods, microbial identification, and result interpretation.
My molecular biology experience includes PCR, DNA isolation, agarose gel electrophoresis, gel documentation, and the use of BLAST for bioinformatics analysis.
During my postgraduate dissertation at ICAR-NBAIR, Bengaluru, I worked on the molecular characterization of functional enzyme genes in chitinolytic Bacillus isolates obtained from shrimp waste.
I also completed an undergraduate project on the characterization and optimization of cellulolytic organisms from soil, including CMC screening, molecular techniques, and cellulase activity quantification using the DNS assay.
I am organized, communicative, research-oriented, and interested in opportunities in clinical microbiology, research microbiology, and laboratory analysis.
