I am a customer-focused professional with experience spanning quality assurance, retail service and food service. I bring strong interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, and a consistent commitment to helping teams and customers achieve positive outcomes.

In my recent QA Software Test Engineer roles, I performed exploratory and manual testing, designed and executed test cases, and supported test planning in Agile environments using Kanban and Scrum. I have worked with Jira and Zephyr for bug tracking and test management, and I understand the basics of SDLC and STLC.

Before moving into QA, I built a strong foundation in customer service through roles at Target, HMS Hosts, and Trader Joe's. These positions strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, resolve concerns, multitask under pressure, and work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals.
