I lead development and production support for Fairmint, an AWS-based SaaS and investment platform with secure user, wallet, transaction, and customer-portal workflows. I worked on a regulated crypto staking platform, developing secure customer workflows for staking, rewards, identity verification, account operations, wallet functionality, and transactions.

I automated the customer staking lifecycle, including initiation, status tracking, workflow management, rewards calculation, processing, and customer-facing reward visibility. I integrated KYC services to support compliant onboarding and regulated product access.

I contributed to platform architecture, production fixes, operational reliability, and maintainability. I partnered with product, compliance, support, and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.

I developed and supported a property rental platform using NestJS, React.js, and PostgreSQL. I built responsive interfaces for rental search, property details, and customer application experiences.
