Head of Operations

I oversee operational workflows for a brand architecture and design firm delivering bespoke commercial projects. I coordinate multidisciplinary on-site and remote teams, manage project execution from concept to completion, and help ensure timelines, delivery standards, and client satisfaction are achieved.

I lead client acquisition, onboarding, relationship management, proposal handling, and issue resolution. My responsibilities also include social media strategy, digital advertising, HR and administrative functions, staff development, procurement, inventory management, vendor relations, and executive support to the CEO.

I managed backend operations for an online print hub serving individual and corporate clients. I maintained product catalog information, reviewed products, updated payment channels and pricing, and optimized digital operations to support sales.

I managed social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing activities to increase engagement. I also handled customer service operations, orders, client queries, complaint resolution, and coordination between design, production, and client service teams.

I manage website backend infrastructure and content updates across the group's digital platforms, while also managing social media accounts and supporting digital communications.

I develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, including SKF and Oracle. I drive business development by identifying opportunities, pitching services, closing accounts, serving as a primary client contact, and coordinating internal teams to deliver branding, digital, and creative solutions.
