I am a Transport and Logistics Management graduate with a BSc (Hons) from the University of Huddersfield. I am passionate about urban passenger transportation, including bus and rail services, and I want to contribute to efficient, high-quality transport operations.
I have professional administrative experience in the crewing sector, where I managed travel-related information, purchased plane tickets and insurance policies, coordinated airport-transfer reservations, maintained company databases, and communicated information to crew members.
I have also volunteered in archival administration, creating Excel databases from employee records for long-term research purposes. This work strengthened my attention to detail, organization, confidentiality, and data-entry skills.
My volunteering experiences at Mirfield Library and ANCAAR developed my customer service, communication, collaboration, and empathy. I have supported library organization, assisted visitors, and worked with children on the autistic spectrum and their parents.
