I am a French and English language teacher, translator, and interpreter with experience in language education, tourism, cultural exchange, and multilingual communication.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in French Language with English as a second foreign language from the University of Havana. My academic background includes linguistics, French history and literature, foreign-language didactics, translation, and interpreting.
I have taught French and English to learners at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels in classrooms, online, and private home-based settings. I prepare students for DELF and DALF examinations and create adapted teaching materials, pronunciation exercises, and phonetics activities.
My professional experience also includes French-Spanish bilateral and consecutive interpreting for cultural events and official meetings, as well as translation work for Cuban television programming. I have worked as a tourism guide for national and international visitors in French and English.
I am currently developing my professional profile in Madrid through language teaching and postgraduate study in Applied French Language. I value intercultural exchange, clear communication, linguistic accuracy, and learner-centered teaching.
I am organized, punctual, and able to work independently or collaboratively. My strengths include writing, language mediation, research, analysis, summarization, and providing academic support to students with learning difficulties.
