I am a land surveyor with more than 20 years of field experience in topographic surveys, construction staking, and civil works control across Costa Rica.
I specialize in road infrastructure, urban developments, earthworks, bridges, hydraulic works, and engineering topographic studies. My work includes GNSS surveying, total station operations, contour generation, volume calculations, and cadastral plans.
I have led surveying crews and coordinated construction-control activities for large-scale projects. I focus on accuracy, reliable data, productivity, and meeting project deadlines in complex terrain.
I have managed earthwork controls exceeding one million cubic meters, structural layout for bridges, and the generation of survey data used for construction progress payments.
I also provide contract surveying services for national projects, including telecommunications towers, landslide assessments, hydrological surveys, maritime-terrestrial zone concessions, and planimetric surveys.
I am currently completing the final requirements for professional registration and continue expanding my technical and academic background in surveying, business administration, and law.
