Used Angular 18, .NET 8, SQL Server, and Azure to optimize core service workflows. Improved API and SQL query performance through profiling and targeted refactoring, and implemented robust frontend and backend exception handling to improve system reliability.

Developed BTCAT, a modern library cataloging and publishing platform supporting metadata management for libraries worldwide. Built a batch-processing engine that reduced manual cataloging effort by 40%.

Created Angular modules for advanced bibliographic search, multi-record editing, and rule execution using .NET Core 8, Angular 18, Azure Service Bus, Blob Storage, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, and Azure Redis Cache. Led sprint planning, code reviews, release management, technical roadmap discussions, and mentored four developers.

Led delivery of USHJA, a sports competition analytics and scoring platform used across US zones for horse competitions. The platform calculates rider points, penalties, rankings, and performance insights for event managers, riders, and judges.
