I am a Business Intelligence Analyst specializing in data analytics, dashboard development, process automation, and operational decision support. Since 2021, I have built Business Intelligence solutions that turn complex operational data into actionable insights.
I use Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and advanced Excel to create interactive dashboards, analytical data models, and automated reporting workflows. My work focuses on improving reporting consistency, reducing manual effort, and enabling faster decisions.
In my role with the Directorate General of Customs and Excise, I support customs operations across Riau and West Sumatra. I analyze operational performance, international trade activities, and emerging risks while collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
I designed and developed the Customs Intelligence Analysis Program, a centralized Business Intelligence platform adopted as a Regional Intelligence Database. The platform integrates operational and intelligence data, supports self-service reporting, and provides a trusted source of information for executives and analysts.
I also have experience developing workflow automation and executive analytics solutions for finance, sales, inventory, profitability, and investment decision support. I enjoy solving data challenges, improving analytical processes, and sharing Power BI knowledge through internal training and speaking engagements.
