Built the Montana Food Bank Network's full website in Wix Studio, including layout, visual design, and CMS configuration for its planned July 2026 launch.

Cleaned and normalized 235 food-assistance locations and imported them into a CMS-driven statewide resource map covering six service types. Created dynamic staff and program pages, conducted SEO, mobile, accessibility, and CMS data-integrity audits, and worked directly with management through preview and approval handoff.

Led a seven-person University of Montana capstone team for HERE, a rail-workforce nonprofit client. Delivered a communications strategy, HubSpot CRM, and brand campaign for an organization previously relying on informal, untracked outreach.

Managed the project timeline, scope, and risk tracking, while serving as the single point of contact for the client and providing bi-weekly status reports. Consolidated SDLC deliverables including the project charter, scope, risk, quality, and data-collection plans.
