Senior Lead QA Engineer

I perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing for ANNA, an AI-powered web-based TV inventory management and advertising operations platform. I validate end-to-end workflows covering order management, traffic scheduling, invoicing, billing reconciliation, and operational insights across UI and backend layers.

I create and execute test cases, maintain requirement traceability, and manage test execution reporting through JIRA and Zephyr. I handle the complete defect lifecycle, including defect identification, logging, root cause analysis, closure verification, and release-readiness assessment.

I conduct backend validation using SQL and MySQL Workbench, including reconciliation checks and database-state verification. I also test payment gateway REST APIs using Postman, validating JSON payloads, status codes, authentication flows, contracts, and data integrity.

I support Agile delivery through test planning, estimation, risk-based prioritization, sprint ceremonies, and status reporting. As QA lead, I mentor junior team members, review test assets, manage client demo validation and test data, created a regression golden dataset, reduced test case preparation time by 90% using AI, and selected Zephyr for team-wide test management adoption.
