Principal Interior Designer and Design Consultant

I provide full residential design consulting for homeowners from architectural plans through move-in, including procurement services and e-design packages. I have executed projects across seven states with budgets ranging from $50K to $4M.

I manage interior and exterior specifications, budgeting, design boards, samples, diagrams, floor plans, sourcing, purchasing, delivery, and installation. I also developed client onboarding, design, furnishings, and project-management processes while directing the company’s branding, website, social media, and portfolio.

I served as lead senior designer for full-service custom home design-build consulting, managing multiple luxury residential projects valued from $2M to $15M. I acted as a primary contact for clients and builders throughout the design and construction process, both virtually and on site.

I produced mood boards, design boards, sample presentations, diagrams, and floor plans. I launched the firm’s first custom builder selection package for a $15M project, led a major luxury renovation, managed procurement work, and coordinated junior designers and interns.

I managed installations for custom cabinetry projects ranging from $50K to $900K, including out-of-town job sites. I supervised installation crews, maintained quality control, communicated with clients, and managed punch lists, production supply lists, schedules, estimates, invoicing, and payments.

I also managed the hardware showroom, negotiated vendor accounts and display programs, guided clients through hardware selections, and coordinated hardware installations. I used SketchUp to create full-color kitchen and bath renderings and pre-CAD specifications for production.

I managed complete design selections for a boutique custom home builder on $1M to $4M projects. My work included specifying interior and exterior finishes, sourcing materials, pricing selections within budget allowances, and maintaining detailed design specification books.

I coordinated homeowners, builders, vendors, subcontractors, and job-site walkthroughs for selections, change orders, quality control, and construction execution. I also managed the construction process from drywall through completion, ensured materials were available on site, and organized finished-home photography for marketing.
