Senior Full Stack Engineer

I own the SiSAU/SIFAL municipal health logistics platform, covering pharmacy, stock, transfer, and dispensing workflows. The platform uses a Flask API with JWT authentication and page-level RBAC, an Angular 19 SPA, PostgreSQL, Gunicorn, and Nginx.

I implemented Kafka producers and consumer workers for stock movements and e-SUS synchronization, plus Flask-SocketIO capabilities for live attendance and messaging. I also built authenticated, read-only MCP servers for Cursor that allow agents to query homologation and production data without write access.

I manage GitLab CI/CD workflows with test, build, and deploy stages. CI runs on GitLab.com Docker runners, while deployment runs through self-hosted shell runners within the municipal network, with separate homologation and production hosts, tags, and systemd units.

I developed AxonData, a multi-tenant BI and operational dashboard platform using FastAPI, OpenAPI, MongoDB, JWT role management, TOTP two-factor authentication, React, TypeScript, Recharts, react-grid-layout, and Leaflet. The platform supports JSON, CSV, and SQL sources processed on the server.

I built Kafka ingestion workflows with HTTP enqueueing, consumer groups, unique job IDs, job-status APIs, and health/readiness endpoints. The ETL pipeline supported large operational datasets exceeding 120 million records.

I also delivered production infrastructure using Docker Compose, MongoDB internal networking, localhost API binding, container health validation, and Nginx TLS termination. Additional work included RAWStudio Pro, a React and Tauri desktop RAW photo editor, and a Go/Gin/GORM REST API for industrial operations.

I worked on real-time patient-queue microservices and e-SUS synchronization APIs.

I provided high-availability operational support for healthcare-related systems and integrations.

I developed and supported industrial applications using C#/.NET and Ruby on Rails.

My responsibilities included database administration and Agile software delivery within ISO-driven processes.
