I founded PortilloLab / Soluciones Informáticas JD to deliver IT systems, automation, infrastructure support, data, and AI solutions.

I designed and developed IT Automation Toolkit (ITAT) in Python for real-time diagnostics, 24/7 monitoring, and automated recovery of critical services including MySQL, Nginx, Docker, and Power BI Gateway.

I created DS Guardian, a data quality framework that helps prevent data leakage, identify and constrain outliers using the IQR method, and generate automated audit reports. I also provide preventive and corrective infrastructure maintenance, hardware optimization, and deployment of a commercial web portal built with PHP 8 and PostgreSQL.

I teach technical vocational education courses in computing, programming, networking, and applied control logic for STEM and IoT contexts.

I deliver advanced HighMaker robotics training using Arduino and ESP platforms. My teaching approach uses flipped learning and project-based learning to build practical, competency-oriented technical skills.

I create laboratory guides, analytical programs, and technical educational materials for students and maker-space learning environments.

I provided independent technical support for desktop computers, notebooks, netbooks, and all-in-one devices, including component-level diagnostics, assembly, repair, and performance optimization.
