Senior Software Engineer

I contribute to the architecture and maintenance of a highly available, event-driven microservices platform with more than 15 services. The platform processes over 100,000 monthly billing events and more than 2 million energy data points, using TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, InfluxDB, NATS, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Prometheus, and Grafana.

I have led major billing and platform initiatives, including TotalEnergies onboarding, immutable billing-ledger refactoring, Storno invoice cancellation, Time-of-Use tariff support, and NX monorepo migration. I also built end-to-end testing infrastructure, participate in on-call operations, perform code reviews, and lead an in-progress CrewAI-based agentic support-ticket triage system with semantic memory and observability tracing.

I built and maintained backend services and REST APIs for a high-traffic automotive marketplace serving customers in the UAE. My work used PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, MySQL, MongoDB, AWS S3, and Sentry.

I delivered branded integrations for Yallamotor and Dubicars that increased inspection-lead conversions by approximately 20%. I also designed a 3D vehicle damage model, integrated Checkout.com payments and Telegram notifications, and implemented document storage with AWS S3.

I refactored a legacy application codebase across more than 10 modules, improving maintainability and reducing reported bugs by 30%. I worked with PHP, Zend, MySQL, MongoDB, Python, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and S3.

I integrated more than six external services, including SMS, push-notification, Lambda API, and S3-based workflows. These integrations improved product capabilities while supporting faster engineering delivery.

I built a data-management system from scratch during my military service. The solution covered core data workflows and location-based information visualization.

I used PHP, Laravel, Python, Vue.js, and Leaflet to create geospatial mapping features for visualizing location data. The work combined backend development with practical frontend mapping functionality.

I delivered more than 10 full-stack web projects for global freelance clients. My work involved Laravel, Django, Ionic, PHP, and Python across a variety of product requirements.

One notable project was a hybrid mobile travel application with real-time booking integrations for three B2B vendors. I handled application development and third-party integration work to support the booking workflow.

Graduated with a BSc in Computer Science. Achieved a GPA of 3.26 (B+) and ranked 9th in the class.
