2024 – Present

I work remotely as a freelance backend developer serving international clients through Upwork and direct engagements. I build Django and FastAPI backends, REST APIs, and e-commerce systems.

I built TToô, a bilingual English and Armenian e-commerce platform for a client in Yerevan, Armenia. I integrated the iDram local payment gateway after Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay were unavailable in the market.

I diagnosed and fixed production issues after launch, including double stock decrementation and payment callback parsing errors. I delivered a cleaned database, complete documentation, and a deploy-ready GitHub repository.

I also structured and priced Upwork Project Catalog offerings for FastAPI REST APIs and Django/FastAPI e-commerce backends, including architecture diagrams.

Backend Developer Independent Project (IBM AI Builders Challenge 2026)

2026 – Present

I am building TeamPilot AI, an AI-powered team-coordination assistant for the IBM AI Builders Challenge 2026. The system provides grounded, data-verified recommendations for sprints and workload coordination.

I am combining Django, PostgreSQL, React, Tailwind CSS, LangChain, and IBM Granite through watsonx. I implemented JWT authentication and documented the system architecture across more than ten chapters.

I use IBM Bob for project scaffolding, code review, and test generation. The project focuses on reducing hallucinations and delivering reliable AI-assisted recommendations.
