Lead Product Designer & AI-Native UX Architect

I lead product design for the firm's DeFi portfolio, architecting end-to-end UX for seven live protocols spanning liquid staking, money markets, and real-world-asset credit. Products include Tashi Finance, Hover Market, Kinetic Finance, Bits Financial, Sceptre.fi, Trad.fi, and Rome Terminal.

I redesigned Rome Terminal as a user-composable multi-chain workspace and reclaimed more than 30% of screen space for live market data. I designed more than 100 screens for Trad.fi's institutional RWA credit pool, developed reusable protocol UX patterns, and validated experiences against AAA accessibility requirements.

I integrated Figma Make, Claude Design, and Lovable into the workflow to produce functional React and Tailwind prototypes in days. I also conduct persona development, usability testing, onboarding optimization, and transaction-flow redesigns in collaboration with engineering and founders.

I owned a smart-city wellness platform from zero to launch direction, defining the brand, design system, and product roadmap for a new venture serving citizens and municipal decision-makers.

I designed a dual-audience architecture comprising a gamified public health app and a private population-data dashboard for mayors and policy officials. I led market research and translated findings into product and business decisions.

I served as a senior advisor to the Mayor and led the vision, design, and implementation of the city's new brand identity, design system, and public digital services.

My work included municipal mobile-app experiences, an augmented-reality experience for the Portuguese National Glass Museum, and research-driven digital services aligned with citizen needs.

I was one of three founders of a language-and-culture social enterprise supported by a Portuguese NGO and Fundação EDP. I designed the brand, website, mobile app, and design system from the original 2012 storyboard.

I helped scale the platform from a single NGO project into a major private migrant-integration platform operating across 12 countries.

I designed and deployed a full-stack club management application end-to-end using Lovable AI, without developers. The platform includes athlete and guardian registration, training calendars, attendance synchronization, payments, a club shop, news feeds, and a board management back office.

The application is in daily use at Leiria's Wolves Club and serves more than 250 members across five role-based member areas.
