Junior IT Support Technician

I am an IT technician and a current student of Software Engineering and Computer Science, with a strong interest in technology, technical support, and digital solutions.

I have commercial and sales experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Closer, and Commercial Executive. I have provided in-person and virtual customer service, prepared quotations, followed up with clients, negotiated, and closed sales.

I am skilled at troubleshooting technology issues, supporting and maintaining computer equipment, and adapting quickly to new digital tools and work environments.

I have foundational web development knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as basic experience with databases and computer systems. I also have knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and auxiliary cybersecurity services.

I am organized, proactive, responsible, and committed to meeting goals. I work well in teams, make decisions quickly, and continuously seek opportunities to learn and improve.
