Implemented end-to-end solutions for customer concerns and large feature requests for the Wizards of the Coast Contract Lifecycle Management system. Served as the sole contributor and maintainer of the CLM software for six months.

Led the transition of sales commission functionality from a Salesforce CRM monolith to AWS Lambda, improving reliability and maintainability. Implemented contract commission calculation rules for international enterprise customers and financial transactions ranging from $100,000 to $10 million.

Designed frontend and backend enhancements for quoting software and refactored sales workflows for an approximately 2,000-member sales team. The improvements enabled purchase grouping and strategic sales process changes that increased revenue.
