Senior Android Engineer

I build and maintain a production Kotlin Multiplatform application for Android and iOS, maximising shared code while using native platform capabilities where appropriate. I designed shared architecture based on Coroutines, Flows, MVVM, and reactive state management.

I deliver customer experiences for eSIM activation and management, plans, accounts, billing, profiles, and support. I also implemented real-time customer chat with WebSockets and integrated push notifications, authentication, and device-specific functionality through the full design, development, testing, and iteration lifecycle.

I led the migration of an existing iOS product to a native Android application, translating product functionality into a scalable Android architecture.

I architected and integrated the Anura face-scan SDK, delivering camera-based facial scanning and processing workflows. I created modern Android interfaces with Jetpack Compose, MVVM/MVI, Kotlin Coroutines, and Flows.

I led development of cross-platform Android and iOS applications using Kotlin Multiplatform for internal patient-management and treatment workflows.

I designed a scalable codebase using Clean Architecture and MVVM, modelling patient rooms, treatments, and care requirements. I implemented shared asynchronous state management with Kotlin Coroutines and Flows to keep business logic consistent across platforms.

I established the architectural foundation for the flagship V2 Android application and helped transition the product from a legacy Java-based V1 application to a modern, scalable architecture.

I owned key customer journeys including landing, location-based store discovery, user area, shopping cart, and checkout. I also maintained four production Android applications, improving stability, performance, maintainability, testing coverage, and technical debt management.

I developed scalable Android applications using Kotlin and RxJava across multiple organisations.

My work included data visualisation, push notifications, hardware communication libraries, testing, documentation, and clean architecture practices to improve code quality.
