Led end-to-end, web-first product design for three enterprise SaaS products: INSZOOM, TalentReef, and Circa. Partnered with cross-functional teams through product strategy initiatives, design reviews, stakeholder calls, UX research, interaction design, visual design, and Figma developer handoff.

Conducted a UX audit and redesign of the INSZOOM FN Portal, addressing high-friction workflows and improving task completion from 0/5 to 5/5. Enabled users to locate case status in 30 seconds, reducing a daily support bottleneck for Case Managers handling 50–200+ active cases.

Designed and validated TalentReef's bulk export workflow before development, with all eight usability participants locating the tool without assistance. Documented edge cases, empty states, error states, seven-state status logic, and action matrices to reduce engineering ambiguity and rework.

Designed an AI-driven in-product feedback experience using Pendo and supported A/B testing for AI-assisted applicant review workflows. Led WCAG 2.1 AA workshops and accessibility audits, introduced evidence-based design rationale practices, and received consecutive mid-year performance hikes.

Delivered end-to-end UX design for multiple client SaaS projects serving US-based international clients. Created wireframes, interaction flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and responsive web and mobile experiences.

Contributed to design systems and component libraries, improving consistency and scalability across client deliverables. Collaborated with project stakeholders to translate requirements into usable, polished product experiences.
