Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead

I lead backend integration and technical implementation work, primarily using Java. I design architectures intended to support future cloud implementations and troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade complex software systems.

I collaborate with data scientists and analysts to improve product performance. I also implement operational metrics using Prometheus and Grafana and integrate CI/CD workflows with Jenkins.

My work includes designing the end-to-end e-commerce solution and creating reusable generic components, including TokenManager, SchedulerManager, and WorkflowManager for order orchestration.

I developed backend integrations mainly in Java and implemented features and applications aligned with TM Forum guidelines. I contributed to architecture design, software troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrade activities.

I worked with data scientists and analysts to improve software capabilities and support the delivery of integrated backend solutions.

I developed Java Spring Boot microservices and contributed to the engineering of end-to-end solutions. My responsibilities included implementing RESTful services, designing solution flows, stabilizing non-production and production environments, and analyzing production issues.

I automated microservice project development and delivery through Docker-based workflows and cloud-oriented practices. I researched cloud solutions, built microservice templates, supported cloud-scenario testing, and produced technical documentation.

I also developed generic business-logic processing services and investigated Hazelcast as part of scalable microservice implementations.
