Retail Customer Service and Operations Assistant

I am a Chilean retail and customer service professional with experience in fuel sales, store operations, stock control, and public-facing service. I am comfortable working in fast-paced, on-site environments where safety, accuracy, and customer attention are important.

I have worked for Copec S.A., supporting customers with gasoline, diesel, lubricants, and related products. My responsibilities included customer service, fuel-product guidance, stock-related administration, scheduling, and monitoring tank capacity to help request required supplies.

I also have experience in retail operations at Sodimac, where I supported the study and categorization of store spaces, planogramming, and employee replacement across specific store aisles. This experience strengthened my understanding of retail organization and operational continuity.

My construction background includes concrete work, brickwork, perimeter wood walls, and painting. I also have technical mechanics education, which supports my familiarity with mechanical and lubrication products.

I am a collaborative and committed worker who puts strong effort into assigned tasks. I have knowledge in client management, retail, construction, arts, culture, and anthropology, and I am open to teamwork and continued learning.

I have Upper-Intermediate English proficiency at the B2 level and have studied English-Spanish-English translation with a French language major. I am interested in roles where I can apply my service, operational, and practical technical skills.
