Cloud & DevOps Engineer

I design and deploy Azure infrastructure including virtual machines, App Service, Functions, Container Apps, VNets, NSGs, and Storage using Bicep, Azure CLI, and PowerShell.

I implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions to automate and standardize deployments. I manage identities and access control through Managed Identities, Azure Key Vault, RBAC, and Microsoft Entra ID.

My work improves the operational efficiency, security, scalability, maintainability, and evolvability of cloud solutions.

I led onboarding and training processes, managed daily operational tasks, and optimized pricing and revenue activities. I also administered PMS, OTA, and Channel Manager systems.

I contributed to the launch and consolidation of operations, helping generate approximately €500,000 in annual revenue and exceed business targets.

I managed front-office and breakfast-department shifts, guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations, emails, and telephone communications. I used Opera property management software and prepared hotel invoices.

My responsibilities also included daily closings, bank statements, staff management, dunning procedures, complaint management, accounting, orders, and inventory-related activities.

I provided guest support and front-office service across apartment and hotel environments. My work included check-in and check-out procedures, email and telephone handling, and preparation of hotel invoices.

I also performed inventory activities and used Microsoft Office systems to support daily hotel operations.

Completed an intensive 12-month program focused on cloud architecture, DevOps, and modern infrastructure. Training covered AWS, Azure, Linux, networking, security, monitoring, Python, JavaScript, databases, web technologies, Terraform, Ansible, and Agile/Scrum environments.
