Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

I architect and lead backend platform development for patient portals, therapist dashboards, telehealth, scheduling, and billing systems. I build Java Spring Boot and Go gRPC microservices and design REST, GraphQL, and gRPC APIs for React, Next.js, mobile, and third-party healthcare clients.

I deliver real-time messaging, appointment, notification, claims-processing, compliance-tracking, audit-logging, and clinical-documentation capabilities using Kafka, Redis Streams, WebSockets, CQRS, and domain-driven design. I also implement OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT sessions, and RBAC for HIPAA-compliant access.

I contributed frontend components using React, Angular, and Vue.js within cross-functional feature teams. I implemented JWT authentication and Spring Security RBAC for HIPAA-compliant data access, and created ELK and Grafana dashboards for service and database monitoring.

I developed healthcare billing and credentialing systems using Java, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and MySQL. These systems supported claims submission, provider verification, insurance eligibility checks, payment posting, denial management, and third-party clearinghouse integrations.
