Product Designer

I own the end-to-end design and validation of more than 14 digital cluster HMI screens across over 24 vehicle brands in an enterprise automotive product organization. I ensure screens meet functional and quality standards while delivering intuitive, user-centered cluster experiences.

I collaborate with a 10-member cross-functional team of designers, MBD developers, and system engineers in an Agile environment. I conduct UI and HMI validation in Altia, log and help resolve defects through Jira, GitLab, and Codebeamer, and communicate design decisions with globally distributed stakeholders. I also use Claude and Claude Code to support design exploration, documentation, and research workflows.

I designed HealthSync, an all-in-one healthcare platform that unified appointment booking, teleconsultations, fitness tracking, an AI health assistant, medical records, and medication reminders.

I owned the end-to-end UX for this information-dense healthcare experience, balancing clinical data needs with everyday usability, accessibility, and inclusive design principles.

I led a four-week end-to-end UX process for a roommate-matching and rental platform, covering research, information architecture, UI systems, and usability testing. I synthesized findings from six user interviews and a 42-respondent survey into product design decisions.

I validated the information architecture through card sorting with eight participants across 22 feature cards, resulting in a five-tab navigation structure. I also audited the product against Apple HIG and WCAG 2.1 AA, improving tap-target sizes and text color contrast.

I led UX research and design for a smart-home management application through a three-week design pipeline. My work included personas, journey maps, wireframes, a complete design system, and over 20 high-fidelity screens across nine functional areas.

I applied interaction design principles including Fitts's Law and Progressive Disclosure to key experiences. This included designing a swipe-up control sheet that balanced quick access to common controls with access to complete functionality.
