Supply Chain & Operations Manager

I lead the design and execution of supply chain and distribution strategy for a PVC manufacturing and construction materials business.

My responsibilities include conducting nationwide market research, developing procurement strategy and product portfolios aligned with demand, coordinating regulatory and legal processes for industrial operations and factory setup, and building scalable systems for manufacturing and distribution growth.

I scaled operations from 5 to 96 employees by designing the organizational structure, operational frameworks, internal controls, and performance systems across business units. I managed a nationwide distribution network with 26 sales and delivery routes and supported growth to approximately USD 2 million in monthly revenue.

I led international import operations across Mexico, the Netherlands, Chile, China, and Europe. I negotiated with global suppliers and logistics providers to optimize costs and supply flow, implemented SAP Business One integrating sales, inventory, and finance, and designed commission structures and KPI systems for sales and distribution teams.

I managed end-to-end retail operations, including inventory, staff management, and supplier relationships.

I implemented FIFO inventory control systems using Excel, developed operational manuals and staff training systems, negotiated supplier pricing to improve margins and purchasing efficiency, and increased sales through promotions, bundles, and commercial strategies.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Banking & Finance and General Management.
