DevOps Engineer

I build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Azure Pipelines for more than five client projects. I automate build, testing, and multi-stage deployment workflows with production approval gates, reducing manual release effort and deployment errors.

I manage identity and access across client environments by configuring RBAC, branch policies, and least-privilege permissions in Azure DevOps. I containerise applications with Docker, deploy workloads to Azure App Service and AKS, and administer AWS, Azure, and Linux infrastructure.

I perform weekly infrastructure health checks using New Relic and UptimeRobot, investigate monitoring failures and resource pressure, and respond to reliability incidents. I also integrate SonarQube quality gates, manage engineering-team access audits, and create deployment documentation and operational runbooks.

I developed cross-platform applications using .NET MAUI and C#, contributing throughout the software development lifecycle in Azure DevOps and Agile teams.

I designed and managed SQL databases for core application features. I also deployed applications to Azure App Service, participated in debugging and testing, and produced technical documentation.

I executed manual, exploratory, and regression testing across application features to support stable releases.

I logged, tracked, and validated defects in Jira while collaborating with Agile delivery teams. I also verified bug fixes to help ensure tested, reliable software releases.
