International Product Manager

I lead global product management for the Medical Simulation portfolio in Hamburg. My responsibilities include portfolio management, KPI management, market research, and the development and execution of international marketing plans.

I manage projects involving external agencies, vendors, and technology partners. I also support product demonstrations, customer training, congress attendance, and sales activities for medical simulation products.

My product experience includes hematology, blood coagulation, patient care simulators, patient monitor and defibrillation simulators, emergency training equipment, anatomy and disease education libraries, diagnostic simulators, endoscopy simulation, and high-fidelity manikins.

I contributed to continuous year-over-year growth above 10% through marketing and education initiatives and supported the identification and integration of two acquisitions.

I worked as a bilingual teacher in Munich, delivering educational support in a bilingual learning environment.

I applied my education background, communication skills, and cross-cultural experience to support student learning and development.

I served as Country Director for an NGO in Nairobi, Kenya, where I managed an HIV education program.

I managed international funds and led human resources activities for a team of 12 employees.

I coordinated program delivery and supported organizational operations in an international development setting.
