I launched Noderan's AI workflow marketplace end to end and led a 10-person frontend, backend, and QA team. I worked across a TypeScript monorepo of roughly 800 files and more than 90 backend services, using React 19, Express 5, Firebase Functions, Firestore, and self-hosted n8n.

I designed real-time workflow observability through Firestore, n8n webhooks, authenticated callbacks, and dashboard updates via onSnapshot. I implemented atomic credit-ledger transactions, automatic refunds, payment idempotency, reconciliation jobs, stale-request monitoring, API-key rotation, provider failover, quota cooldowns, RAG retrieval, and human-in-the-loop LLM actions.

I built and deployed generative AI applications, interactive chatbots, and conversational agents capable of responding in more than 95 languages from a shared knowledge base. I implemented RAG workflows with vector embeddings and prompt engineering to provide responses grounded in customer-owned source material.

I also developed backend data pipelines and automation workflows using n8n, custom webhooks, and REST API integrations with third-party services. My projects focused on reliable production deployment, scalable integrations, and reducing manual operational work.

I owned product lifecycle and product-led growth work for several AI SaaS products. I turned market and competitor analysis into feature roadmaps and helped prioritize experiments based on product opportunities and user needs.

I automated cross-product workflows, content production pipelines, and internal data processes with n8n. I also designed technical SEO frameworks and keyword architecture using Ahrefs, GA4, and Google Search Console, establishing processes for blog-content planning and performance measurement.

I built and deployed AI support chatbots for live customer-support environments. The bots were trained on each customer's websites, PDFs, and knowledge bases so that answers were based on their own content rather than only the underlying language model.

I ingested unstructured and localized documentation into retrieval layers and supported multilingual answering from a common knowledge base. I tuned answer quality, memory handling, and production behavior using live conversation logs and feedback loops in collaboration with product and engineering teams.

I improved the product demo environment to make the onboarding flow clearer and easier for prospective users to understand. I evaluated the experience from a product and usability perspective to identify improvement opportunities.

I also conducted competitor feature analysis to support roadmap prioritization. My work contributed product insights that helped align feature decisions with market expectations.

I contributed frontend and backend features for SaaS products. I worked on implementation tasks across the application stack and supported the delivery of product improvements.

I also performed structured testing and debugging before releases. This work helped identify issues early and improve feature stability before deployment.
