Leading the global design concept, development, and delivery of digital web and mobile app products for Universal vacation destinations worldwide. I translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that result in intuitive user experiences. I design and deliver user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

Designed the ACUVUE® New Wearer hybrid mobile app, a personalized experience for first-time contact lens wearers, to connect with eye care professionals and access educational content. Managed the complete design lifecycle, from ideation to final delivery. Applied atomic design principles to develop modular wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.

Redesigned the Brightline booking experience across mobile, web, and kiosk platforms, to reduce booking friction and improve ticket purchase completion. Collaborated with product stakeholders to deliver user-centered interfaces aligned with brand standards. Enhanced interaction patterns, reliability, and overall visual design to reduce booking steps by 50%, and better align with modern travelers’ needs. Improved accessibility for travelers by enhancing the ticketing system and introducing an offline ticketing feature.

Led the end-to-end UX and product design strategy for Contractor Assist, a large-scale enterprise B2B/B2C mobile application deployed across 14 subsidiaries on iOS and Android. Designed features supporting contractors, distributors, and internal teams, including product information, inventory management, warranty lookup, system compatibility matching, and real-time support. Built a scalable Figma design system that improved UI consistency, streamlined cross-subsidiary collaboration, and accelerated product delivery. Optimized information architecture and navigation across mobile and e-commerce platforms to reduce workflow complexity and improve usability. Collaborated with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align user needs with business objectives and technical feasibility. Supported a business division that grew to nearly $7.3B in e-commerce revenue by 2022, contributing to approximately $23B in total online sales. Delivered interactive prototypes and responsive UI solutions that improved usability, adoption, and enterprise scalability.

Designed and prototyped user interfaces for Aeryus Chain Payments, an iOS mobile application enabling cryptocurrency payments across peer-to-peer, B2B, B2C, and C2C transactions. Led end-to-end UX design for the user onboarding and wallet setup experience, translating complex blockchain workflows into a clear, structured, and user-friendly journey.
