Learning & Development manager WANO Moscow Centre
• Identified a structural competency gap while initially tasked with updating the Regional Crisis Center's emergency-response regulation: documentation described required actions but had no structured system for qualifying and maintaining role-specific competency. Initiated and currently lead a redesign of the qualification framework — building role-based checklists, a structured qualification pathway, and reactivating WANO's LMS to support training, assessment, and certification.
• Proposed and independently built a 23-page learner workbook for senior nuclear industry managers after member organizations discontinued print materials. Adapted the solution when participant devices proved unavailable, creating a print-based MVP that fit real delivery and budget constraints and was piloted before wider rollout. Redesigned self-assessment questions to reduce response bias and built in self-scoring to improve diagnostic accuracy.
• Redesigned 3 training programs within one month, strengthening theoretical foundations, adapting content for cross-cultural audiences, and aligning presentation design with organizational branding standards.
• Designed and automated a post-training certification system for events with 50+ participants using AI-assisted JavaScript development — a reusable framework, not a one-off build — cutting processing time by 1.5 hours per event and eliminating manual data-entry errors.
• Designed instructional materials and training documentation for WANO conferences and programs serving 50+ participants, including workbooks structured around adult learning principles.
• Coordinate administrative operations for WANO's Regional Crisis Center team, supporting the design and execution of emergency-response training drills and communication-protocol exercises across nuclear facilities — managing scheduling, cross-border coordination with international experts, and message relay during simulated crisis scenarios.
