Remote Customer Support & English-to-Spanish Translator

I am a student of International Relations with advanced English proficiency (C1) and experience in public service, interpersonal communication, cultural guidance, and community volunteering.

I have guided diverse visitor groups in cultural and educational settings, communicating historical content clearly, empathetically, and accessibly. I am comfortable answering questions, managing visitor flow, and adapting my communication style to different audiences.
