I owned and operated Go backend microservices for consumer-facing features across ZALORA markets. I designed service architectures and APIs, including the Ratings & Reviews service, which was built from scratch and integrated with web and mobile applications through REST APIs.

I operated production services on AWS ECS Fargate using multi-AZ deployments. I used Elastic APM, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, and PagerDuty for observability, monitoring, logging, and incident response.

I also served as acting team lead for an eight-person backend team while remaining an individual contributor, providing technical direction and coordinating delivery.

I collected and normalized sports data from multiple websites and stored it in PostgreSQL.

I built a Go REST API to expose the data for a React-based management tool.

I developed a tool for managing biological taxonomies with bitemporal storage in a relational database.

I used PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and MySQL to implement the application.
