I am a Junior DevOps Engineer with hands-on production experience managing Kubernetes-based infrastructure and supporting microservices workloads at Retailo Technologies.

I specialize in cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure reliability. I have worked with AWS and Alibaba Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Jenkins, Linux, and Git-based workflows.

I led an end-to-end migration of production infrastructure from AWS Bahrain to Alibaba Cloud, coordinating planning, cutover, validation, rollback preparation, and post-migration documentation.

I have also performed disaster recovery during the Bahrain AWS regional outage, restoring production services, communicating incident status, and improving recovery processes to reduce future RTO and RPO risks.

I manage and maintain production Kubernetes clusters for a microservices architecture, including deployments, autoscaling, namespace management, resource quotas, manifests, Helm charts, and multi-environment configurations.

I led the migration of production infrastructure from AWS Bahrain to Alibaba Cloud, covering planning, execution, cutover coordination, validation, rollback procedures, and documentation. I also recovered the company’s production infrastructure during the Bahrain AWS regional outage, supported incident communications, improved disaster recovery processes, and collaborate with developers to maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, alerting, and on-call response.
