I progressed from clinical data processing into a specialized data quality role focused on validating, normalizing, and managing high volumes of structured clinical data. I ensured accuracy, consistency, reliability, and compliance with operational quality requirements across multiple projects.

I investigated data inconsistencies, performed root-cause analysis, and implemented corrective actions to reduce recurring issues. I maintained validation rules, quality-control procedures, and process documentation while collaborating with QA teams to improve workflows and operational efficiency.

I also trained and supported more than 20 collaborators through onboarding, documentation, and performance-improvement initiatives. I used Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and internal validation systems for reporting, analysis, and quality operations.

I supported operational data preparation, collection, validation, and automation initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and resolve data-related production challenges.

I assisted in building automated workflows with n8n, Python, REST APIs, and SQL to improve data consistency and reduce manual effort. My work included ETL-related extraction, transformation, validation, and preparation of data for operational use.

I integrated and synchronized information across business platforms using the Notion API, WooCommerce API, and OpenAI API. I also contributed to process documentation and workflow standardization to support maintainable automation solutions.

Completed a Data Analytics Bootcamp focused on analytics, SQL, Python, data processing, visualization, and business intelligence.
