Manage VDI and remote application interfaces, diagnose and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and identify sustainable solutions for enterprise users. Perform monthly patching and upgrades across supported technologies and use Ansible Tower for job automation and agent installation.

Support the stability, availability, and performance of VMware Horizon, vCenter, ESXi, Citrix VCD, and Windows Server environments. Maintain golden images and templates, deploy and manage Azure/Windows Virtual Desktop applications and desktops, and evaluate projects based on environmental impact and operational optimization.

Provided MSP engineering support by owning customer-reported issues through resolution. Researched, diagnosed, troubleshot, and resolved system problems while following escalation procedures for issues requiring internal specialist teams.

Supported Windows, RDS, AVD, FSLogix, Windows Server Manager, server roles, golden images, templates, and Windows Virtual Desktop environments. Assisted customers by phone, email, and chat; managed multiple open incidents; documented technical knowledge; and followed up to ensure systems were fully functional.

Provided support for Windows Server systems, business applications, services, database links, workstation connectivity, and technology monitoring for the Security Department.

Performed troubleshooting across network, server, and desktop administration environments, including installations, upgrades, tools, and equipment. Participated in team assessments to improve electronic and network security operations.

Currently in progress. The program is expected to take approximately two and a half years to complete.
