Microsoft Cloud Solutions Consultant

I serve as the lead Microsoft Cloud Technology SME and Partner Administrator for a global Microsoft Partner consultancy supporting clients across the United States, Canada, and Europe. I specialize in hybrid identity architecture, multi-tenant cloud operations, and healthcare and financial infrastructure modernization.

I administer and secure more than 200 Microsoft 365 and Entra ID healthcare client tenants, providing onboarding, configuration, licensing strategy, security hardening, compliance alignment, and lifecycle management. I lead Conditional Access, Zero Trust, identity governance, cloud migration, email-security, and cross-tenant automation initiatives.

I have led more than 50 enterprise Microsoft 365 migrations and delivered hybrid identity solutions using Active Directory, Entra ID, Entra Connect, Intune, Azure, Okta, and Duo. I also perform healthcare datacenter assessments, virtualization and cloud deployments, infrastructure lifecycle work, and PowerShell/Python automation.

I use AI-assisted tooling including Claude Code, GPT/Codex, Gemini ADK, and Copilot Studio to automate workflows, accelerate incident response, and improve cloud security operations.

I provided enterprise consulting services across North America and Canada, with a focus on business continuity, disaster recovery, and systems administration.

I delivered systems implementations, technical training, staff onboarding, and technology-adoption support for client organizations. I designed temporary and permanent wired and wireless network infrastructure for conventions, trade shows, and large-scale events serving 1,000 to 2,000 attendees.

I built secure environments for financial transactions, mobile banking devices, credit-card processing, HIPAA-regulated healthcare data, live television broadcasts, streaming events, and real-time media. My work included secure network segmentation, high-density wireless, clinical system connectivity, and compliance-focused support.

I provided enterprise-level server and desktop training and support for HP government and healthcare environments. I developed expertise in HP ProLiant servers, storage systems, imaging tools, and enterprise support methodologies.

I delivered data recovery and security support for business-critical systems while working within strict security and compliance requirements. I also trained new hires and junior technicians, created onboarding materials, and mentored staff on HP enterprise support procedures.

I managed commercial diving and marine operations across the Pacific, Hawaiian waters, South China Sea, Gulf of Thailand, and other international locations. My responsibilities included marine science, underwater construction, vessel operations, and technical diving projects.

I performed specialized commercial diving work involving deep-sea infrastructure, construction, drilling, ship moorings, salvage, buoy retrieval, and deployment. I also supported maintenance work on NASA's MOBY oceanographic research platform.

I served as a commercial vessel captain and provided operational leadership, including shark protection and overwatch for diving operations.

I engineered enterprise telephony and network solutions for Fortune 500 clients, integrating Nortel, Cisco, and Avaya systems with Windows NT and Novell environments. I supported intelligent call routing, virtual PBX, and enterprise communications deployments.

I led full-cycle technical design and implementation, delivered executive-level presentations, and acted as a liaison among engineering teams, vendors, and enterprise stakeholders. I also authored technical proposals, contracts, and architectural documentation.
