About

Professional summary

I am a Private Equity CFO and Chartered Accountant (FCCA) with more than 20 years of finance leadership experience, including 14 years at board level. I have led finance, strategy, transformation and value-creation initiatives across PE-backed, founder-led, listed and international technology and business-services groups.

I have owned P&Ls ranging from £15 million to $600 million and built, led and developed finance organisations from small teams through to shared-service operations of 230 people. My sector experience includes SaaS, cyber, media, technology, telecommunications, insurance, professional services and medtech.

I specialise in SaaS and ARR growth, EBITDA improvement, investor management, fundraising, debt refinancing, M&A, post-merger integration, carve-outs and exit readiness. My track record includes raising more than £400 million of capital, completing over £100 million of acquisitions, supporting over £500 million of exits and delivering significant revenue, margin and cost improvements.

I bring a practical approach to finance transformation, including ERP deployment and optimisation, operating-model design, governance, treasury, scalable reporting and FP&A cadence. I work closely with boards, investors, risk and audit committees, and operational leaders to turn financial insight into commercial action.

My leadership style is collaborative, low-ego and commercially disciplined. I focus on empowering teams, improving organisational capability, simplifying complex environments and creating sustainable value for shareholders and stakeholders.
