Built and developed the company's Quality Assurance department, managing QA engineers and supporting more than nine testing frameworks, including multiple automated frameworks. Created QA standard operating procedures, daily team reporting, regression cycles, and test processes for Windows and web-based software.

Developed Selenium and C# NUnit automation for web-based data search and anti-ransomware products. Maintained code libraries and pull requests through Git, managed defects and testing documentation in Jira and Qase, and led QA and development collaboration in a Kanban environment.

Integrated Anthropic Claude into QA workflows to generate and refine test scripts and provision complete test environments, including dedicated mail servers. This reduced framework setup and environment maintenance from days to hours.

Tested and debugged ransomware recovery and Windows driver software, including BSODs, freezes, and other failures using WinDbg, Wireshark, Task Manager, and Event Viewer. Performed controlled ransomware testing and completed Microsoft Hardware Lab Kit certification work for an upper storage filter driver.

Developed and maintained a desktop application supporting the company's social media platform using Java, Swift, and APIs. Supported product quality activities across desktop and mobile application environments.

Built an Appium automation environment for the mobile platform using Selenium WebDriver. Created Kotlin-based automated tests in IntelliJ and configured TestNG frameworks for regression and smoke testing.

Used Jenkins to review nightly automation regression results and identify application or automation issues. Maintained test instructions, test cycles, defects, and developer tickets in Jira.

Executed manual test cases, debugged Appium test failures, updated automation scripts, and documented product defects. Contributed to successful launches on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Served as a Cryptologic Technician Technical responsible for disseminating electromagnetic information and supporting secure communications operations.

Managed top-secret materials and communications over encrypted networks while holding a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information security clearance. Received two Early Promoteable evaluations while serving aboard USS Nicholas (FFG-47) and USS Gonzalez (DDG-66).
