Owned quality for a multi-instance crypto payments platform spanning four production instances, more than 12 blockchains, checkout, invoicing, payouts, and administrative tooling. Led a five-engineer QA team and supported release go/no-go decisions for a product where defects could affect customer funds.

Built automation from zero to 149 tests in 12 months, including 96 API and integration tests in C#/xUnit and TypeScript plus 53 Playwright end-to-end tests running nightly. Consolidated repositories behind shared API-request infrastructure, migrated CI from Azure DevOps to GitHub Actions, developed AI failure-triage and release-risk tooling, and reduced manual regression from over three working days to one day.

Built TypeScript and Cypress integration tests for product integrations with third-party systems, using Cypress Cloud and GitHub Actions for automation execution and visibility.

Worked embedded in a scrum team, reviewed backend changes and pull requests before QA, and coordinated three QA engineers. Helped shape QA processes both within the delivery team and across the company without formal management authority.

Served as the sole QA engineer and created backend and UI automation frameworks from scratch using C#, .NET, Selenium, xUnit, NUnit, and SpecFlow. Extended the Selenium solution with a BDD layer and cross-browser execution through BrowserStack.

Performed JMeter load, stress, and spike testing for a service wrapping a third-party e-commerce API. Measured throughput and error rates to identify the load threshold at which the upstream API degraded.

Acted as the lead quality practitioner within a scrum team. Built microservice test automation using Java, Selenium, and Cucumber BDD scenarios.

Executed automated testing through Jenkins on OpenShift and used JMeter for performance-related testing activities. Contributed quality ownership across the team’s delivery lifecycle.
