Senior QA Automation Engineer

I prepare test strategies and detailed functional and integration scenarios, working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to validate end-to-end workflows across applications. I execute manual and automated testing, manage defects, collect execution evidence, and support release-readiness and compliance activities.

I test REST and GraphQL APIs, automate API and regression coverage, and perform backend validation using SQL. I use Selenium WebDriver with C# and xUnit for UI automation, maintain CI/CD test environments with Jenkins and Azure DevOps, and mentor less experienced QA team members.

I developed and executed automated and manual test scripts for web and native Android/iOS applications. I performed functional, integration, system, smoke, regression, compatibility, and user-acceptance testing while maintaining requirement traceability and communicating test status, risks, and defects.

I also automated inbound and outbound API testing, including GET, PUT, POST, and DELETE requests. I validated responses against database data using SQL and JDBC, worked with JSON and XML payloads, and used Postman, Rest Assured, Selenium, Cucumber, Maven, Jenkins, Jira, and Azure DevOps.

I performed API automation and manual API validation for inbound and outbound integrations. I created automated REST API tests, reviewed API designs, validated API responses against database records with SQL, and reported defects through Jira.

I also tested Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom modules. My work included functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, database, and API testing, test documentation, Agile collaboration, and defect tracking in Azure DevOps.

I led testing activities for cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and managed a small team building automation frameworks from scratch. I defined test methodologies and strategies, translated requirements into test plans and cases, and delivered functional, integration, performance, regression, and UAT testing.

I supported projects involving ERP, CRM, mobile applications, UI automation, Cypress framework development, AWS CI/CD pipelines, healthcare validation, and FDA-guided documentation. I tracked QA metrics, managed risks, prepared execution reports, and coached team members on script-development issues.

I identified test scenarios and developed test scripts for application releases. I performed regression, integration, smoke, and compatibility testing and collaborated with development teams to investigate and resolve defects.

I maintained daily status reporting for stakeholders and worked with support teams to address product issues following client releases.

I participated in requirements analysis, reviewed and executed test cases, and performed functional testing including integration, system, and regression testing. I also conducted non-functional compatibility testing.

I reported and tracked defects in Jira, prepared traceability matrices, performed impact analysis to identify regression test cases, and shared daily testing status with team leadership.

I collaborated with business analysts, product owners, and developers to understand lending workflows, requirements, and system integrations. I designed and executed functional, exploratory, integration, regression, and end-to-end test scenarios for web applications and third-party integrations.

I tested REST and GraphQL APIs using Postman, validated backend data with SQL, investigated defects, maintained test evidence and status reports, and supported release-quality sign-off. I also mentored junior QA team members in exploratory testing, API testing, and defect management.
