I introduced and developed functional test automation frameworks using Playwright and Azure DevOps, as well as API functional and non-functional testing frameworks using JMeter and Azure Load Testing.

I create test approaches, plans, strategies, and test cases while implementing testing standards, processes, and best practices across Investec Group. I work with developers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC to identify and mitigate delivery risks.

I executed functional, UAT, mobile, desktop, web, database, and performance tests, including soak, load, volume, and stress testing using LoadRunner. I analyzed results, identified bottlenecks with DBAs, and delivered test and defect reports to project stakeholders.

I managed test artifacts in HP Quality Center, SharePoint, and IBM Jazz Test Management Tool, supported Agile delivery, and performed defect reporting, verification, tracking, SIT review, and UAT.

I translated requirements into test plans and scenarios, created and executed LoadRunner scripts for soak, load, volume, and stress testing, and analyzed test results for project managers and developers.

I troubleshot performance scripts, maintained test assets in HP Quality Center and SharePoint, performed database testing with Microsoft SQL Server, and used Fiddler to analyze application network timing and session behavior.

I completed QTP/UFT and Selenium training as part of my development in test automation and performance testing.
