QA Lead

I lead QA activities for enterprise software products serving international customers across Web, API, mobile, and integration layers. I built QA processes and workflows from scratch, including quality gates, test strategies, release-readiness criteria, and team practices.

I lead teams of up to six QA engineers, providing mentoring, technical guidance, workload planning, and performance feedback. I own QA planning, estimation, resource planning, risk assessment, sprint and release planning, and backlog refinement.

I collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve quality risks and support release decisions. I develop and support Java-based automation, coordinate API, integration, accessibility, mobile, end-to-end, and regression testing, and work with CI/CD workflows in Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, and Git.

I built the QA process from scratch for a long-term enterprise IoT-enabled product and established repeatable testing and release-readiness practices. I defined and maintained the test strategy across Web, API, backend, and integration layers, focusing on end-to-end business flows.

I led manual and automation testing, coordinated regression activities, and drove release-readiness decisions based on scope, defects, risks, and team capacity. I validated complex integrations through API checks, service messaging, backend verification, and database validation.

I worked directly with the customer and engineering teams to clarify requirements, prioritize quality risks, and resolve release-blocking issues. I supported Java-based automation and continuous integration practices using Azure DevOps, Selenium, Selenide, Azure Service Bus, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB.

I led QA activities for a Web and Mobile product, coordinating team priorities and quality ownership across releases. I supported delivery across Web, mobile, and REST API functionality.

I mentored automation engineers and helped maintain effective collaboration between manual and automation testing streams. I participated in sprint and release planning, contributing QA estimates, risks, scope assessments, and readiness status.

I facilitated Scrum ceremonies and supported planning, communication, and delivery for an enterprise Web application team. I helped ensure that team activities aligned with Agile delivery practices.

I managed QA activities and improved collaboration between QA, development, and other project stakeholders. I contributed to planning and supported quality-focused delivery decisions.

I led QA planning, estimation, test design, daily coordination, and customer demonstrations for a corporate social responsibility platform. I coordinated functional, regression, acceptance, and cross-browser testing activities.

I developed and executed Java and Selenide automated tests and maintained test-result reporting. The project environment included Web technologies, Selenium WebDriver, MySQL, Postman, and Git.

I led a team of up to six QA engineers delivering testing for a complex travel rewards platform. I owned test planning and coordinated functional, regression, end-to-end, and production-validation activities.

I developed and maintained automated functional and regression tests using WatiN, C#, and Visual Basic. I worked in a Web and .NET environment using MS SQL, MTM, and TFS.
