I am a cybersecurity and IT support professional with more than four years of hands-on experience in technical support, systems administration, network troubleshooting, and security operations. I work across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments and enjoy solving practical infrastructure and end-user challenges.
I have experience in ethical hacking, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, network analysis, and defensive security. I use tools such as Nmap, Wireshark, Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nessus, OpenVAS, Hydra, John the Ripper, and Aircrack-ng to identify weaknesses and recommend mitigations.
I also support organizations and users through hardware diagnostics, operating system deployment, software configuration, domain administration, access management, backups, malware removal, and system hardening. I communicate technical issues clearly and create useful documentation for non-technical users.
Alongside cybersecurity, I am a full-stack developer with experience building secure PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript applications. I founded and developed ConnectHub, a production social platform with real-time communication, identity verification, subscription payments, and privacy-focused security controls.
I am currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Computer Science and continuously develop my skills through cybersecurity, cloud security, networking, IT service management, AI, and automation training.
